The meeting was called to order at 4:00PM with Chairman Thompson, Selectman Levengood and Administrative Assistant Rhonda Gauthier in attendance.
The Board met with Holden Engineering and Hoyle Tanner Associates to discuss the funding and construction of Kearsarge Valley Road Bridge. Following that meeting and ensuing discussion it was moved by Chairman Thompson, seconded by Selectman Levengood and voted to award the contract for engineering and consulting services for the construction of Kearsarge Valley Road Bridge to Holden Engineering, subject to the review of the contract by legal counsel and government agencies, as applicable.
Building permits were approved for Sanborn on Village Road to add a door to the front porch, Koby on Cross Hill Road to build a barn and Ballin on Kearsarge Valley Road to renovate the garage.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board approved Liz Kirby's requested for funds from the Soldiers Monument Capital Reserve Fund to restore the monument.
The Board approved and signed the MS-5, which is the financial report for the town that goes to the Department of Revenue.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
The Board discussed implementing a procedure for complaints. Selectman Levengood made a motion to have all complaints in writing, Chairman Thompson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
