The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Siranian, Selectman Thompson & Selectman Levengood in attendance.
Others in attendance were Administrative Assistant Rhonda L. Gauthier, Gayle Irick, and Brenda Snyder.
Chairman Siranian advised the public of the proposal to spend $21,110.27 for the remainder of the expenditures for the construction of the Bailey bridge on Kearsarge Valley Road and sought comments from those in attendance.
Gayle Irick asked what the money was for and Siranian explained that it was for the site work, cement blocks, jersey barriers, paving, stone and gravel, equipment, disposal of culvert and photos requested by FEMA.
Chairman Siranian solicited any further comment, hearing none, closed the testimony portion of the hearing.
Selectman Thompson made motion to spend the money from surplus; Chairman Levengood seconded the motion.
Meeting adjourned at 6:18PM.
