The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Siranian, Selectman Thompson, and Selectman Levengood in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board reviewed a memo from the Department of Revenue asking if the Town of Wilmot would like to participate in using PA 28 forms. These forms are filled out yearly by residents of the town noting any changes made to their property during the year. The Board voted no.
The Town received information obtaining FEMA monies for the May 2006 floods. There is an applicant-briefing meeting on June 12 in Concord. Lee Ford and Rhonda Gauthier will be attending to apply for federal assistance and facilitate the application process.
The 2006-2007 KRSD payments were reviewed.
The Board approved a request from the town treasurer to transfer funds.
The 2005 audit was reviewed.
The Town was issued a burn permit for the transfer station that expires on June 6, 2009.
The warrant for the timber tax levy was signed.
The Board discussed the status of the Kearsarge Valley Road Bridge. The Bailey Bridge is being installed and the road will be open within the next two weeks.
