The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board approved a request from the WCA to use the town green for the Black Fly Blitz 5K in May.
The Board met with Wilmot Police Chief David White and Jane Hubbard to discuss a Hazard Mitigation Plan Proposal. The Board unanimously approved the proposal.
Lynn Soloman and Lori Meding met with the Board to ask questions about the proposed new transfer station/highway location.
The Selectmen reviewed the list of soil scientists that they received from Christian Hartshorn per the Board's request at the last meeting for the Lake's property on Kearsarge Valley Road. The Board unanimously voted to recommend Mr. Harshorn to hire Pierrre Bedard.
