The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board met with Tom Brennan to review the proposed Middle School on the Sutton site.
The Board met with Peter Schiess, representing K.A.R.M.A . to review the proposed Middle School on the New London site.
Dorothy Mae Jones renewed the Transfer Station lease with the Town.
Representatives from S.K.I.T. came in to discuss using the town hall for their next performance.
A Building permit was reviewed for Newcomb on Kearsarge Valley Road but put on hold due to missing information.
A building permit was denied for Gregor on Messer Road to build a new home due to Wilmot zoning regulations.
Notices of Intent to Cut Timber were approved for Clough on Wilmot Center Road and Norton on Tewksbury Road.
Building permits were approved for Pacetta on Village Road for renovations, Snyder on Patterson Road to finish their basement and Cousineau on Grace Road for a new home.
