The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board met with members of the Wilmot Fire Department and F.A.S.T. Squad to review their requested warrant articles and the New London dispatch contract.
The Board reviewed and approved building permits for Behn for additions to their home on Quiet Cove Way and Palmer for renovations to the Kearsarge Veterinary Clinic on Kearsarge Valley Road.
A Building permit was reviewed for Newcomb on Kearsarge Valley Road but put on hold due to missing information.
Fritz Gidding met with the Board to discuss the issuance of building permits.
The Board reviewed a letter from the Farmer's Market and will respond accordingly.
The Board approved a bid for the Town owned land on Quaker Path known as map 4, lot 19-19c.
The Selectmen worked on the budget and warrant articles for 2006.
The next Selectmen's meeting will be on February 15, 2006, at 6:00PM.
The Budget Hearing will be on February 15, 2006 at 5:00PM.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00PM.
