The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board signed the 2006 tax-exempt certificate so the town is exempt from federal tax on gasoline for town vehicles.
The Selectmen renewed the contract with CNP Assessing Services to do the assessing work for 2006.
The Board signed a Settlement Agreement between Feins & the Town of Wilmot.
The Board reviewed complaints they received regarding dogs.
The Selectmen worked on the budget for 2006.
The next Selectmen's meeting will be on February 1, 2006, at 6:00PM.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30PM.
