The meeting was called to order at 6:00PM with Chairman Huntoon, Selectman Siranian & Selectman Thompson in attendance.
The Payroll & Accounts Payable manifests were signed.
Correspondence received was reviewed.
The Board met with Matthew Siranian. Mr. Siranian informed the Board that he would be running for another term as Moderator. Siranian also educated the Board on the upcoming changes in the voting process & ballot count procedures.
Julie Morse met with the Board representing the Farmer's Market. Morse informed the Board that the Wilmot Community Association denied their request to have the Farmer's Market on the WCA property & the WFM would like to continue using the town green. The Selectmen will answer by way of mail.
Building permits were reviewed & approved for Carpenter on Falcons Ledge for an addition & Batcheler on Quiet Cove Road for a new home.
A Building permit was reviewed for Newcomb on Kearsarge Valley Road but put on hold due to missing information. DES will be notified & asked why a septic permit was issued if it is in the flood zone.
A Building permit was reviewed for Palmer on Kearsarge Valley Road for interior renovations. The permit was referred to the Planning Board to see if the business is expanding & if a site plan review is needed.
Notices of Intent to Cut Timber was approved & signed for Weaver on Pedrick Road & Cousineau on Grace Road.
The Board reviewed the approved access agreement for the Fire Department.
The Selectmen signed the employee health insurance contract for 2006.
The Selectmen signed the deed to sell the Lindquist's back their property for all taxes & interest owed on the property.
The next Selectmen's meeting will be on January 18, 2006, at 6:00PM.
